Five office moves, ten months, no disruption to clients
Planned and executed five office moves across three offices between December 2024 and September 2025, including integrating an acquired firm's Bellevue office into a new Seattle office, coordinating firm leadership, attorneys, staff, building management, IT providers, and vendors throughout.
Governance before adoption
Developed and led a law firm's AI strategy in partnership with its Practice Committee: evaluating enterprise AI platforms and building the practical guardrails for safe, compliant use on both internal operations and client-facing work, rather than letting adoption run ahead of governance.
Financial visibility that did not exist before
Implemented SAP Concur to automate expense reporting, credit-card tracking, and invoice approvals, and built Power BI dashboards giving attorneys and management live, sliceable views of client expenses and firm financials for the first time.
